Week 5 Start'em/Sit'em
By now your fantasy football team should be taking shape. You should be scouring the waiver wires for bye week replacements if you do not have a deep bench. Let us look at some players for week 5.
Quarterback
Start - Blake Bortles. Has a good matchup against the Bucs this week. If you need a one week starter, this is a good week for Bortles.
Sit - Derek Carr. Broncos defense is just too good. This is going to be a tough week for the Raiders
offense.
Sleeper - Jay Cutler. I like how he came back from injury with a strong game last week. I think he continues this week at Kansas City.
Running Back
Start - Todd Gurley. Look for the Rams and Gurley to have continued success this week.
Sit - Demarco Murray. They may have to play from behind this week again. Chip Kelly has begun to lose the locker room.
Sleeper - Alfred Morris. Look for the Redskins and the number 1 rushing attack to control the Falcons and keep the Falcons offense off the field.
Wide Receiver
Start - DeAndre Hopkins. I think the Texans can control the air this week. Could end up being a Thursday night shootout.
Sit - Mike Evans. Look for Jacksonville to roll coverage towards him and make Jameis beat them elsewhere.
Sleeper - Torrey Smith. 49ers are going to try and come out and play desperate against the Giants. Look for an air attack.
Tight Ends
Start - Gary Barnidge. Who? Look for Cleveland to try and expose Baltimore down the middle.
Sit - Tyler Eifert. 4 words; Kam Chancellor, Earl Thomas!
Sleeper - Antonio Gates. Coming back of suspension. Wants to make an immediate impact.
Defense
Start - Patriots. Look for them to hassel Branden weeden all day.
Sit - Raiders. Peyton Manning may have begun to find a running game and his groove.
Sleeper - San Francisco. Look for blitz barrage against the Giants. Make Eli throw it early!
