Fantasy Football Start's and Sit's Week 4

Welcome Back fans of the Rat Pack Sports Show. Here we are back for another year of fantasy football.
It is time to get those lineup set and chase down that money. That is if you are playing for money. Here
at the Rat Pack, we do not bring you the heavy starters. You should not need any help starting those. We
bring the players that you may have a question starting or sitting. Thus, without further ado here are
your week four starts and sits.
Quarterback
Start: Jared Goff – Los Angeles Rams
Goff and the Rams have a fantastic fantasy matchup this week against the New York Giants. Although
the Giants are 10 th in passing defense that does not tell the whole story. The Giants are an awful football
team and that will play right into the high-powered Rams hands.
Sit: Derek Carr – Las Vegas Raiders
Carr and the Raiders take on the Buffalo Bills. Last week we were wrong in sitting Jared Goff against the
Bills. Nonetheless, we are sitting another QB against that defense. It is troubling to know that the
Buffalo pass defense is giving up nearly 280 yards per game. Nevertheless, go with my gut on this and
park the Carr.
Running Back
Start: James Robinson – Jacksonville Jaguars
It is hard to find a starter on the Jaguars. Robinson is probably the best suspect on the roster. He has
taken over the starting role and never looked back. He is averaging almost 5 yards per carry (4.8 to be
exact). With the possible loss of RBs such as James Connor and Derrick Henry, Robinson makes sense on
your fantasy roster this week.
Sit: Adrian Peterson – Detroit Lions
The Lions face the New Orleans Saints in week 4 action. The Saints are currently ranked sixth in the
league in rushing. They are only allowing 100 yards per game. While Peterson may have revenge on his
mind, this week may not be the right week to exact it. Especially for your fantasy team.
Wide Receiver
Start: Tyler Boyd – Cincinnati Bengals
The B and B connection is becoming a true thing in Cincinnati. Tyler Boyd and Joe Burrow are teaming
and becoming a strong QB-WR duo. A week 4 matchup against the 19 th ranked Jacksonville Jaguars only
makes the team more formidable. Start Boyd with confidence.
Sit: T.Y. Hilton – Indianapolis Colts
Hilton has not got into a rhythm with new QB Philip Rivers. This veteran combo has just not hit the mark.
Even though they play a pretty pass friendly Chicago Bears defense in week 4, I would lean away from
Hilton. Until he begins to click with his new QB is a low-end flex at best.
Tight End
Start: Jimmy Graham – Chicago Bears
Last week Graham was the best receiving target for Nick Foles coming off the bench. This week Foles
gets the start. Making Graham a start in fantasy. He has seven red zone targets (leads the team) and
three TDs in three games. A big target equals big fantasy.
Sit: Logan Thomas – Washington Football Team
Thomas had a strong week one. Since then he has fizzled. Washington has a tough fantasy matchup this
week against the Baltimore Ravens. Even though the Kansas City Chiefs had their way with the Ravens,
do not look for the same from Washington. While this could be a tight affair, it is not a tight end affair.
Defense
Start: Los Angeles Rams
As we stated before, the Rams are setting up nicely for a big fantasy week. They play the Giants in week
four. The Giants are 31 st in the NFL with just 275 yards per game. That stat could be lowered after week
four is complete. Start the Los Rams on your fantasy team.
Sit: Los Angeles Chargers
The Chargers could be one of the top defenses in the NFL. However, the injury bug has hit them. They
lost S, Derwin James for the season. Pass rusher Melvin Ingram is missing some time as well. A week
four game against Tom Brady and the raging Tampa Bay Buccaneers does not make a strong case to play
the Chargers in fantasy this week.
Sleepers
Offense: Brandon Aiyuk - WR, San Francisco 49ers
Aiyuk had a strong week 3 performance. He scored 27 fantasy points. With the loss of Raheem Mostert
and Tevin Coleman, Aiyuk became a valuable asset. His relationship with reserve QB Nick Mullens also
helped his case. That could be the duo again in week four. Do not nap on Aiyuk.
Defense: Arizona Cardinals
The Cardinals have a pretty good matchup this week against the Carolina Panthers. In a loss to the Lions,
they had four sacks. They did the same the week before to Washington. That does not bode well for
Teddy Bridgewater and the Panther offense. Especially without Christian McCaffrey.
There you have it, your week four starts and sits for the 2020 NFL Season. We are going to be here for
16 weeks. We hope to help win some games during that time.
